Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Torq Zone Academy (Pty) Ltd is a business in the bicycle repair and maintenance industry that offers complete workshop solutions in terms of bicycle mechanic training and bicycle tool sales.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within five (5) days and delivery confirmed by way of an order number sent via email. Goods, unless otherwise arranged, will be delivered by courier service with the costs of which, unless otherwise indicated, will be carried by the buyer.
We aim to keep all of the goods listed on our website physically in stock. There are however some items that we do not stock. In the case of these items we will order these items from our supplier. Delivery will be between 6 to 10 weeks and a 50% deposit will be required.
We update our site daily so what is listed is in stock. However occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are out of a product that you order that will delay dispatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to cancel, wait or have an alternative.

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Torq Zone Academy (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card transactions will be acquired for Torq Zone Academy (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website.
